Instructions for Presenters

POSTER FORMAT (High school Only)
Maximum size is approximately 3’×4’ (a size used commonly at many conferences and meetings).  We request posters to be printed/displayed in landscape view. (You must have a trifold board to support your poster)

SPEAKER FORMAT (High School and Middle School)
The standard presentation format will be PowerPoint slides. We expect presenters will have their PowerPoint presentations available on their personal thumb-drive/memory-stick devices 15 minutes before the beginning of a session. While every effort will be made to ensure Wifi access, please do not rely on this.

PLANNING YOUR PRESENTATION
Each speaker will have 10 minutes for his or her presentation followed by 3 minutes of questions by the Judges. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Your moderator will give you a signal as the end of your 10 minutes approaches. Please plan on being present when the session in which you are going to speak begins.
